DUALITY, by ELIZABETH MATHEWS FOOTE First Line: I found myself in old and well-known places Last Line: The stranger that was I. Subject(s): Self | |||

I hurried round the corner, With a touch of former pride, And there at the turning, With a new discernment, I came upon an old friend -- The stranger that was I. | Discover our Poem Explanations and Poet Analyses!Other Poems of Interest...A CAPELLA by JUAN FELIPE HERRERA AFTER LOOKING UP INTO ONE TOO MANY CAMERAS by HICOK.
