First Line: Today might be the final day
Last Line: And me dwells with the worms.

Today might be the final day
This body shall be mine;
Tomorrow it may find a soul
In a flowering columbine.
And should the flame that warms me now
Become an ether wave
To roll among the distant stars
That light an earthy grave,
I wonder if the Me and I
Will be on speaking terms
When I hobnob with ancient Mars
And Me dwells with the worms.
